Session Format: Lecture / Workshop
This session addresses the functional anatomy of the foot, leg and hip and explores useful assessment techniques, which can successfully be used to determine the action of the foot and its chain reaction upon the leg and hip. Gain an understanding of the biomechanical reactions of movement and some of the common compensations that are exposed by implementing some useful assessment tools. Participants will learn to view movement from an entirely different perspective and develop a new thought process for program design.
