Indoor cycling is still the rage, and now you have the opportunity to take the industry’s finest and most comprehensive indoor cycling course taught by Schwinn program creator Jay Blahnik. In this workshop you will learn everything you need to become an indoor cycling instructor. Jay will lead you through bike fit, cycling physiology and mechanics, proper technique, the Schwinn® Cycling Coaching Pyramid, class design, class scheduling and a power-packed workout. Lead master trainer Juliane Arney will be your coach for a bonus end-of-the-day ride to complete the Schwinn Cycling experience!
