Convention Facilities
Sessions will be held at both the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. The facilities are connected via Sky Bridge and/or pedestrian crosswalk. Registration and Expo Hall will be in the Donald E Stephens Convention Center.

Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
Parking. IDEA self-park rate: $11.00 per day.
Hotel Reservations
Reservations received after the cutoff dates will be at the prevailing rack rate and based on availability. A reservation fee of one night’s room revenue is due and payable to the hotel for failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 4:00pm CST on the guest’s arrival date.

A free shuttle to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel from O’Hare International is available at the O’Hare Airport Transportation Center. Follow the signs from baggage claim to the Transportation Center. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.
