Step class, as we all know, gets its fun from new music or choreography—until now! Try the 12 “Step” program for power, speed and balance. What does it offer that’s different? A total of 12 moves representing either power, speed or balance will change the way you’ll want to teach step. Imagine a step class that will build on your students’ ability to jump confidently, land softly, hop quickly and regain posture smoothly, all without missing a beat!
Delf Enriquez, III, is a former champion in powerlifting, and bodybuilding. He now teaches for the Equinox Fitness Training Institute and manages the T4 Personal Training program at Equinox Century City. Certifications: ACSM-H/FI
