Rotation is fundamental to functional movement and especially to activities such as golf, tennis and throwing sports. This workshop will teach you twisted variations on classical and contemporary reformer moves to add spice, fluidity and increased power to your reformer sessions. BYOM
Nora St. John has been teaching Pilates in studio, group and post-rehabilitation settings for 18 years. She is the education program director for the Balanced Body University and holds a Pilates Method Alliance certification.
