Join us for an enlightening workshop that will provide plenty of new challenges for your students and clients. Learn to create high-energy, athletic workouts using the BOSU® Balance Trainer, BOSU® Soft Fitness Balls and weighted stability balls. Whether you own one piece or all three pieces of equipment, you will take away several exercise progressions for enhanced power torso training, dynamic flexibility, core strength, shoulder stability, proprioceptive skills and hand-eye coordination.




Candice Copeland-Brooks is an internationally-known fitness expert and workshop presenter, a former IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, author and star of more than 25 exercise videos. Certification: ACE




Douglas Brooks, MS, is an exercise physiologist and author of several books and numerous articles relating to personal training, exercise physiology, strength training, balance and sport conditioning. Certification: ACE
