Put the FUN into the fundamentals with this day-long concentrated workshop. First, you will learn the basics as they pertain to the properties of water and how they are utilized for effective training. Next, you will learn a simple system for developing classes that will challenge a wide variety of participants. In this 8-hour course of study, you will be exposed to the many methods/techniques that are guaranteed to bring greater intensity to your water fitness classes. Your students won’t have the time, or the breath, to trade recipes and tell stories about their children once you learn new methods for creating productive, progressive class formats. Empower yourself as an instructor, and empower your students to embrace new formats that truly train their bodies and keeps them mentally engaged in the water.
