Experience ChiRunning and learn a technique that focuses on posture, injury prevention and energy-efficient running. This workout begins with a very short theory segment, which is then followed by the actual workout, where participants will have the opportunity to practice the technique outdoors. The session ends with a short question and answer period.
Danny Dreyer is author of ChiRunning and ChiWalking and has taught thousands how to prevent injury while improving efficiency and performance. He has run in 40 ultra-marathons and five marathons, all without injury.
