Dare to get your hands dirty! Try your skills at chopping, cutting, peeling and preparing a meal under the supervision of Chef Werner. Learn how to prepare and “plate” a healthy and delicious meal like an iron chef.
Chef Werner is originally from Wolfsberg, Austria. He was host chef for several years for “Meals on Wheels” and is now the Executive Chef at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina.
