This session will explore how the abdominals and core actually lengthen in all functional movements before producing functional work. Incorporate the upper and lower extremities to accomplish enhanced performance and a workout that has a truly three-dimensional feel. We will discuss recent research as it applies to core training and then take an analytical approach to seeing how it relates to truly functional abdominal activity.
