Session Format: Panel Discussion
IDEA’s panel of experts will engage in a lively discussion on issues relevant to group exercise and what we can expect to see in the years to come. This session will report on the changing face of group exercise, discuss the challenges program directors face in trying to retain qualified instructors, review successful group exercise programs and identify future trends within our industry.

Shannon (Griffiths) Fable is the 2006 ACE Instructor of the Year and a master trainer for Nautilus Institute™/Schwinn® Cycling, BOSU® and Balletone®. As the owner of Sunshine Fitness Resources, Shannon mentors fitness entrepreneurs. Certifications: ACE, AFAA
