Stretch your strength and go beyond your limits! Tether training (for the water environment) increases resistance and intensity to develop strength and power. Using resistance tubing, discover how you can work out in assisted and resisted training modes, on your own, or in partners to add some true grit to your classes. Tether training is a great way to make a “splash” with your students.
