CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3PM and check-out is 12 Noon. Guest arriving before 3PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The luggage check room can arrange to check baggage if you are arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
Special prices for convention attendees only. Mention that you are an IDEA attendee to receive the discounted rates. Rates are applicable three days before and three days after the convention based on availability.

All reservation requests must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first nights deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. Deposits are refundable 21 days prior to arrival.

To ensure a room reservation at the special convention rate reservations must be received on or before Monday June 14th, 2007. Reservations received after June 14th will be accepted based on availability at the hotels prevailing published rate.

San Diego Marriott - $19 per day self park and $26 per day valet (in/out privileges for guests)
San Diego Convention Center - $8.00/day - NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
Omni Hotel - $26 per day valet (in/out privileges for guest)
