It is difficult enough to decide which of the many hundreds of postures to give to our students. Now we have to come up with creative sequences to help our students be successful while practicing them. This workshop will demonstrate the logic involved in several flowing sequences while moving the body in a variety of planes of motion. Using a safe, microprogression of postures, you will undoubtedly leave with new inspiration for your practice.
