This interval class will feature the proper use of boxing mitts. We will cover safety tips, training drills and workout formats that are suitable for all. If you love punching, then prepare to be addicted to hitting the mitts like a pro! You will learn how to safeguard against hand and shoulder injuries and experience the traditional training of a boxer.
