Talk about motivating and exhilarating! This dynamic workshop combines cardiovascular conditioning, functional sports training, conditioning exercises and calisthenics using body weight and partners-all while singing traditional military hymns. Brett Klika is the director of athletic performance at Todd Durkin's Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, California. He specializes in youth fitness and athletic performance, developing programs for over 300 youths per week. Brett has produced DVDs on both fitness and athletic performance. Certifications: NSCA
