Rebecca teaches several formats, but is best known as a step specialist because she consistently delivers cutting edge choreography, showcased within seamless learning teaching progressions. Groove FX is an achievable aerobic program with essences of dance. It is a salubrious selection of street, disco, dance and hip-hop routines set to a melodic mix of sounds and rhythms.
