Deborah Redder

Deborah Redder is the creator of the nationally-recognized and award-winning SilverSneakers® group exercise program where she oversees the direction of instructor training, curriculum development and continuing education. Deborah holds degrees in health, physical education and exercise science. She is the former judiciary chair and technical director for Aerobic Gymnastics, USGA and has been a presenter, continuing education provider and lecturer since 1989.

Learn a new kind of "CPR" for safe, effective and fun presentations from SilverSneakers(R), the nation's leading group exercise program for older adults. Participants will take away three new tools for proven communication, programming and retention techniques to meet the needs of older adult exercisers. Verbal and nonverbal communication, cross-functional workflow patterns and a succession for retention model will offer fitness professionals new strategies for communicating with older adults.
