Experience this high-energy and challenging class that incorporates traditional Pilates mat with cardio. This class utilizes the JumpSnap(TM)"ropeless jumprope," kickin' tunes and a strong powerhouse. Come prepared to move! Prerequisite: Open to anyone with mat experience.
La-Sharon Isbell is currently a certified personal trainer and pilates instructor in Las Vegas specializing in the classical method as well as pre- and postnatal pilates. With over 25 year of experience, her background includes modern dance, martial arts, fitness modeling, body building and fitness competitions.
