This workshop covers all the skills necessary to develop an exciting workout program utilizing the time-tested concepts of the most conditioned athletes in the world. Jump rope warm-ups, proper stance and footwork, speed and power drills, and attack and evasion skills will be covered. In addition, you will be properly coached on how to safely and effectively use one of the most important tools used in boxing, the punch mitts.
Albert Isordia has over 20 years of competitive experience in boxing, kickboxing and martial arts. Albert was named the Sports Club LA’s “Most Valuable Instructor” in 2004 and 2005.
