Learn an effective total-body, low-impact, strength, power, dynamic flexibility and cardio workout that has been in use for centuries. Participants will learn the basic kettlebell movements as well as why kettlebells differ from dumbbells, barbells and machines. We will briefly discuss the history, science and many applications of kettlebell lifting.
