Innovative alternative strength-training ideas for any situation or clientele. Whether you train out of a facility or out of your car, this course is for you. During this session, you'll break away from traditional methods of strength training to discover new ways of building muscle using kettlebells, medicine balls, bands and bodyweight drills.

a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in exercise physiology. He is a Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA and is honored to be able to
