This lecture/demonstration will explain the science behind yoga as it relates to range of motion. You will experience yoga techniques that explain biomechanical principles through isometric resistance training, and explore how range of motion is different for every person due to their given structure, neuromuscular function, genetics and history. Common adjusting techniques will also be addressed.
