This is your chance to draw recreational and competitive runners to the pool! Learn the essential coaching skills for deep water technique and workout design that directly translates to training on land. You will leave this workshop knowing how to design a workout format equivalent to a 3-mile (5K) run filled with authentic drills and ideas, and free of joint stress.
A master trainer for the Nautilus Health & Fitness Group™ and an Indiana University faculty member. She has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry as a director, instructor, presenter, trainer and coach.
