Elizabeth Leeds, DPT, has a doctorate in physical therapy and is owner of Seaside Fitness and Wellness in San Diego, CA. She has helped to develop the GRAVITY4 Programming curriculum and is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor. Certification: ACE




Helen Vanderburg is a fitness club owner and a master trainer for the Nautilus Institute™/Schwinn® Cycling. She holds a degree in kinesiology and is the recipient of several industry awards. Certifications: ACE
