Session Format: Workshop
This workshop covers all the skills necessary to develop an exciting workout program utilizing the time-tested concepts of the most conditioned athletes in the world. Jump rope warm-ups, proper stance and footwork, speed and power drills, and attack and evasion skills will be covered. In addition, you will be properly coached on how to safely and effectively use one of the most important tools used in boxing, the punch mitts.

Get back to the authentic fundamentals by learning to perform actual boxing techniques derived from the ring and add a shot of adrenaline to your cardio workouts.
