This workshop focuses on strengthening the body’s core center for a stronger back. Core center strength is the key to a successful yoga practice, crucial to the support of the internal organs, and helpful in any fitness program. Using the YogaFit® core ball, a variety of abdominal and low back exercises are taught. YogaCore is a program for anyone who wants a stronger midsection. BYOM

Learn the essentials of hatha yoga biomechanics and related anatomy to keep the body safe during your yoga practice. This workshop will teach you about YogaFit's Seven Principles of Alignment (SPA) principles and teach you how to build strength and flexibility safely.
