Zumba's cardio party kicks it up a notch! While incorporating all of the basic rhythms used in A Taste of Zumba, additional rhythms are introduced and more extensive choreography has been added. The routines feature interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
