Experience ChiRunning and learn a technique that focuses on posture, injury prevention and energy-efficient running. This workout begins with a very short theory segment, which is then followed by the actual workout, where participants will have the opportunity to practice the technique outdoors. The session ends with a short question and answer period.

This ChiWalking clinic emphasizes good walking technique and injury prevention. You’ll learn proper posture, and how to strengthen your core and improve your balance while walking. You’ll learn how to convert a walking program to a daily mindful practice, with all the benefits of yoga, meditation, Pilates and tai chi.
