Be an exercise warrior and join us in this workshop that utilizes body weight, heavy hand weights (or similar equipment) and gliding discs. You will progress through a series of exercises, all designed to increase strength and multijoint functionality. See how with the addition of a few extra moves, you can challenge even the fittest athletes. This workshop is a treat for both novice instructors and experienced “gliders”.

A total of 12 moves representing either power, speed or balance will change the way you’ll want to teach step. Imagine a step class that will build on your students’ ability to jump confidently, land softly, hop quickly and regain posture smoothly, all without missing a beat!
