Petra Kolber is an international presenter, motivational speaker and spokesperson for Yes! Fitness Music™. She has choreographed and starred in over 25 fitness DVDs and several television shows. She was named the 2001 IDEA Fitness Presenter of the Year, the 2000 Canadian Fitness Professional International Presenter of the Year and the ECA 2003 and 2004 Best Female Presenter of the Year. Join Petra in a nonstop, easy-to-do cardio session that will have you burning up the dance floor. Learn creative moves that are fun to do and are Monday morning ready. A smooth cardio class is just like a great soundtrack in that it all comes down to the mix. Learn how to blend magical moves with slamming songs and experience what it feels like to be in the mix. The breakdown will be based on a typical dance class where we only teach and practice what the body needs to learn, ensuring success without overload.
