Sessions Presented by Steve Percy, MS

Time Block D - Friday, 3:30-5:20pm
Presented By Steve Percy, MS
Session Format: Lecture/Demo
This session demonstrates two distinct ways to gather information on the condition of a client’s physiological motion and functional capabilities via “quick tests” and “joint isolation tests.” Assessments such as these are necessary to determine workload and application intensities for the design of safe and effective exercise prescriptions. This knowledge is critical to determining the appropriate application progression and exercise intensities that best complement the specific nature and severity of each individual dysfunctional movement.
Time Block F - Saturday, 8:20-10:10am
Presented By Steve Percy, MS
Session Format: Workshop
Trainers will be introduced to three-dimensional isolated exercise patterning and dynamic functional movement exercises. This program involves a systematic application for the practical and clinical application of therapeutic and functional exercise for hip and spinal dysfunction. Note: This course is for trainers with significant background in biomechanics and assessment.
